Winter in Australia, although relatively mild, still brings enough chill to make layering up essential. We’ve definitely been guilty of layering Quilts and Blankets on our beds until we can’t move. But waking up clammy from all those layers isn't ideal. Choose natural fibres like Bamboo or Cotton that will naturally insulate, while being highly breathable so you won’t need as many layers to stay warm.
