Pure Zone offers free shipping for orders over $100. 

 

**UPDATED INFORMATION FOR PRE-XMAS DELIVERIES** 

Please note from week commencing Monday 10th December 2018, we cannot guarantee deliveries via Courier in remote areas of Australia pre-Christmas. This is information given from Courier Service and will be updated here as we get closer to Christmas time.

 

For all orders under $100, a flat rate shipping fee of $18 will apply. Please note that the free shipping is for delivery to one Australian address (sorry no split deliveries). All prices on the website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Pure Zone Online will currently only accept Australian credit cards. The Merchant name Pure Zone will appear on your credit card statement. Shipping is currently only available within Australia.

 

Pure Zone will dispatch all online orders by courier. A Confirmation Email will be sent with the details of your order once it has been dispatched including the Courier Company and a tracking number. Your order will take 1 - 7 business days to deliver, depending on your location.

 

Please note: A signature will be required on delivery so please provide a delivery address where someone is available to sign for your order. Alternatively, you should use our "Notes" box in your Shopping Cart for your special instructions to leave the order without signing for it. If you choose to leave special instructions for the courier, please note this is your responsibility to ensure it is in a safe and secure location, away from weather conditions.

 

Please note - if there is no one to accept your delivery your delivery may be redirected and it will be the customers responsibility to collect this parcel within a given time frame. Pure Zone accepts orders for deliveries to Australia Post Parcel Lockers, P.O Boxes, Locked bags or RMD. No signature is required.

 

Changes to orders

Payments for online orders are made through a secure processing site, because we don't retain your credit card details, existing orders cannot be modified. Please contact us directly at online@purezone.com.au if you need to make any changes to your order and we will do our best to help you.
